Portfolio
From small daily tasks to large projects, I can make a meaningful impact on your day-to-day. But you don't have to just take my word for it. I've included examples of my work with the founder of Neurodiverging, Danielle Sullivan, as their administrative assistant in tasks such as content writing, social media management, and organization. Interested in how my other roles have prepared me to be your virtual assistant? Please take a look at my resume to see how my experience can benefit your organization.
Administrative Support
Meeting Notes
Looking for someone who can provide detailed summaries of your meetings? As an administrative assistant, I've helped take detailed notes of a meeting so that participants could review the most important insights (Figure 1.1).
Researching
When you're busy trying to run a business, researching fixes for problems can be overwhelming. In my work at Neurodiverging, I have researched how to fix issues on Discord, what tools would be helpful to add to Discord channels, Pinterest best practices, and content for blog articles. With my years in higher education, you can feel confident that I am able to research anything you need: from helpful tips and tricks to complicated research studies you can use to strengthen and support your content.
Organization
Are you having difficulty finding your files on Dropbox, Google Drive, or another storage space? Let me organize them so that you can maximize your time focusing on what is really important. In Figure 1.2, you can see that I organized article files for Neurodiverging by renaming them with the article's title, author, and keywords that would help them easily search for what they need (Figure 1.2).
Data Entry
For this project, I went through Neurodiverging's Patreon and made a list of everything that could be sold separately in their Patreon store. Danielle was able to use this as a tracker to keep track of what they still needed to add to the store. (Figure 1.3)
The next project I worked on was a Patreon guide (Figure 1.4). This was a comprehensive list of everything on Neurodiverging's Patreon to make it easier for patrons to find what they needed. I created categories based on the themes I noticed in content and included descriptions to help patrons see what the content was about at a glance. I also created a "start here!" page to help patrons navigate this guide.

Writing is a passion of mine, so I really enjoyed writing these articles. Gift-Giving for Autistic Families is an article about how to make gift-giving more enjoyable for your whole family, and how autistic people may show their enjoyment of a gift differently. The other four articles are gift guides focused on directing readers to affiliate pages while also giving them meaningful resources and gift ideas for themselves or loved ones.
Social Media Management
Pinterest Marketing Plan
I was asked to put together a Pinterest marketing plan for Neurodiverging with the goals of improving follower count and outbound clicks to drive more traffic to the website. By researching experts in Pinterest Marketing, I was able to put together a plan on how Neurodiverging's Pinterest content could be more effective. This plan included new image guidelines for pin creation, reorganization of Pinterest boards, and opportunities for seasonal engagement. This led to the tasks below designed to renovate Neurodiverging's Pinterest page.
Keyword Research
To improve Neurodiverging's Pinterest, I began researching keywords that we could use to help Pinterest users find our content. I included both general keywords that encompassed all of Neurodiverging's content and keywords that applied to specific categories of blog posts on the Neurodiverging website. I compared keywords using data from the Pinterest Trends Tool to calculate the average searches, the highest number of searches, and the lowest number of searches for each keyword (Figure 2.1). This allowed me to narrow down our primary keywords so that we could focus on 21 of the most popular and relevant keywords for the Neurodiverging brand (Figure 2.6). This keyword research also allowed me to come up with a list of potential future content ideas for my client that would be impactful on Pinterest.
Evaluating Board Organization and Identifying Pin Issues
Once I had my narrowed-down list of keywords, I was able to update all board descriptions to make sure that they had the keywords I was targeting (Figure 2.2). While evaluating the boards, I moved around pins to make sure that they were in the most relevant board and created new boards where I noticed a gap. To help my client figure out where to post new content, I created a board guide (Figure 2.3).
After fixing the boards, I went through all of the pins on each board and created a spreadsheet with information about each pin (Figure 2.4). With this data, I was able to make sure that pins focused on a specific blog post were spread across different boards. This also allowed me to check the quality of each pin and make plans for the next stage of this project: Fixing Pin Issues.
Evaluating Pin Issues

Pin Creation and Scheduling
After going through all of their pins, and identifying missing components or areas for growth, I began to work on directly improving pins. I developed a tracker with the specific information I needed to schedule each pin and when it was scheduled to go out. As you can see in the example on the right, two of these pins have already been posted and the third is already scheduled in Metricool, ready to go out on May 3rd. By scheduling the updated pins, this company now had consistent pins coming out on Pinterest multiple times a week to increase their engagement.

Metric Tracking and
Impact of Changes
To keep track of metric growth, I created two spreadsheets so that we could see the real impact that these changes were having over time. The first spreadsheet included metrics for keywords, including how often they were searched (Figure 2.6). I also included a "Start Here" page with links to all other keyword documents and a table describing the purpose of each sheet.
The second spreadsheet was for the rest of Pinterest's metrics: impressions, saves, pin clicks, outbound click rate, and more (Figure 2.7). As you can see in the spreadsheet, Neurodiverging's metrics have improved significantly since I began making changes to their Pinterest.

I started this project in December 2024 by working on the keyword research. January 13th was when I began to make actual changes within the Pinterest account to updates boards and move pins around. Figure 2.8 illustrates the growth in impressions and outbound clicks since I began working on this project.

Pins I've Created

More Graphics I have Created
Along with creating Pinterest pins, I have also created article covers, Eventbrite banners, and Instagram posts. Looking for a more consistent style for your posts? I can create uniform posts that fit your brand's style.
Carousels
I have also created carousels for Instagram focused on sharing the most important details from blog posts and promoting Neurodivering's Rethinking Resolutions workshop.
