Education

2021 - Current

Athabasca University | Bachelor's of Arts Degree | Majoring in Psychology and Women & Gender Studies

I am currently a part-time student at Athabasca University with a double major in Psychology and Women & Gender Studies. Right now, I am taking a course about biological psychology. These courses have taught me effective research skills, time management, and writing skills.

2018 - 2021

Mount Royal University | Bachelor of Education | Elementary Focus with a Minor in Humanities

I was a very active student at Mount Royal University, focusing on leadership opportunities such as taking on the position of Resident Advisor and mentoring students through MRU's MAPS program. After two years in the Education program, and one year focusing on my minor, I decided to change career paths. This change was prompted by the lack of mental health support I noticed was provided for teachers. I switched to Psychology at Athabasca to address this issue more directly.
